"Emmm...nape anak awak mcm Jepun erk???" He!He! A few frens of mine pop-up this question to me. Seriouslyyyyyyy....saya pon tak tahu why Arissa has a sharp & hazel-shaped eyes and luckily she doesn't has a straight hair..if not lagi sejibik mcm muka Oshin 
Adakah ini dari keinginan mummy yg tak kesampaian nak further study ke negara matahari terbit itu??? Cerita lamaaaa...teringin sangat nak ke Jepun after SPM coz masa sekolah ada satu budak Jepun nie minat sgt nak berkawan dgn saya (bertemu masa game netball).Dlm byk2 budak kat Upland School (Int. Sch) dia sorang saja yg rajin berutus surat so rasa touching laa..tp lepas d whole family balik Jepun terus terputus hubungan. Kiranya lepas SPM tuh nak pi JEJAK KASIH laaa...kekonon Tapi termakbul juga cita2 untuk study ngan org Jepun when I did my post-graduate studies,dapat coursemate Jepun, nama May!!! Lawa betul si May nie..very modern looked and no more typical Japanese. And d best part my old job always 'didatangi' oleh orang2 Jepun & most of them are expatriate. Not all of them have a good command in English but they r very polite and respect people very much. Talking about respect nie...satu hari...ada satu mamat Jepun nie dtg office dgn tujuan nak complaint bout our services & perhaps would like to have some assistance. Sungguh berkarisma..young & inteligent looked kebetulan hari tuh punya la busy disebabkan printer ofis rosak. As all rounder staff..kerja2 pembaikan mmg dilakukan sendiri. Kepelikan berlaku apabila mamat Jepun tuh start jer duduk depan meja..ditenung & direnungnnya ke muka saya nie dgn penuh maknaaaa...( ceewahhh..perasanla tuh) setelah habis assist him..dia pon minta diri utk beredar dgn penuh tatatertib. Apabila saja dia bangun..dia mengangkat jarinya dan menunjuk ke arah muka saya dan berkata..." Sorry miss dont' angry with me..there is something on your face, do you have a mirror???"....uwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..ropa2nya..mukaku itu penuh dgn ink printer!!!!!!!!!!! Maluuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu...... 
Itulah cerita 'Winter Sonataku'...
Tapi apa pun above story nothing to do with Arissa...she is d one and only "Arissa" for mummy & daddy. My mum said her feature is like my sister, Didie. Lately nie, she keen towards music..dengaq saja bunyi-bunyian spt music mesti digoyang2kan badannya. Kadang-kadang sambil bertepuk tangan to shows that she's really enjoy listen to the music. He!he! sekadar minat takpe la sayang..jgn jadi ahli muzikkkkk sudah ler yer??? Mummy bukannya type nyonya Mansor..apa2 pekerjaan pon tak kisah asalkan dpt menyumbang kpd agama, bangsa & negara..tapi kalo boleh cari la profession lainnnnnn

What's up??? wah....so long no update from mummy psssssttt...she's really buzy now adays..bz like bees Every nite I saw her reading books & text! And sometimes..he!he! perhaps most of the times..I saw her slept with the book pitty my mummy. I saw her marking student's assignments...hey...what is she doing now????? Ops...I heard my daddy said...mummy's did her 'hijrah'...I heard my Mak Tok said..mummy has fulfill her mission...part of her life mission! But yet mummy said it is still a long way to achieve her mission & dreams.
Ok..while mummy buzy with her 'agenda'...me myself has so many..many things to tell you. To update you bout ME I have 'up grade' my motor skills. Am be able to crawl now...yuuuhuuuuu...very fast! I can also sit down by my own with close supervision. I can 'bite' my fav. fruits so easily coz..I do have 'teeth' now...just two come out (below)....the rest waiting for their turn. My recognizing skill superb! People that I don't see so often...am 'afraid' of them..and I pretend to be so shy...ceeewahhhh...and I love to smileee..... to respond when people call my name..
Anyhow, my weight gain is not much as before..am just 8.7kg @ my 9 mos. But my Mak Tok said...I'm change into shape as it should be..no more so GEBOK as before. Ye!ye!..am into shape!

We went to Auntie Linda's wedding...both receptions, Alor Setar & Bkt Kayu Hitam. She's my mummy fren. During mummy single-hood, everytime auntie comes to Penang for her field work, both of them will 'lepaking' togather. Sometimes mummy does follow auntie to her respondents house for interviewing. From there....mummy noticed how interesting auntie Linda's job!!! Very interesting & challenging!
Finally, Auntie Linda found her soul-mates...coincidently, Uncle Helmi is d brother of my Mak Long's fren, cikgu Halimaton. Mak Long best fren actually And Auntie Linda father, cikgu Hashim, is my Wan's fren...last time was d headmaster @ Sek. Iskandar Very small world..
Auntie Linda looks very gorgeous! Really..very..very glittering & dazzling with her 'songket' ....one word to describe ELEGANT!

Daddy loves to call her 'beb-bok' He!he! It is not her nick-name...tapi mummy think that is 'panggilan manja'....so sweet la daddy nie Beb = Baby and bok = gebok!
So, beb + bok = baby gebok 
As for today daddy's beb-bok belum boleh 'crawling'..berat montot kot??? Anyhow, she starts bouncing up & down. Maybe she's now in preparation for the scooting and crawling. When mummy pull her hands..says UP! UP! She'll step right-up...Adakah si beb-bok ini akan skip crawling??
But her motor skills so far is fine...precise thumb, finger, hand, and wrist movements are used for actions like picking up her toys. Yang paling ketara mummy noticed, beb-bok suka..'angguk2..geleng2'..he!he! macam lagu daaaaaa...Suka betul tengok commercial ad. TV3 yang ada budak2 pompuan lompat2 tuh..Favorite video clip..Lagu VE -Ikhlas Tapi Jauh...emmm..mummy still observe & buat research, why she likes those 
Her 'fun friends' is the soft clothes..kalo dapat tudung mummy....mau dia 'gomol2'...tapi mummy takut juga.. dia 'terlipat' dalam kain tuh...lemas nanti..so try to introduce many..many fun friends to her..soft toys, balls etc..and plan to buy large dolls for her.
We supposed to be in KL this weekend..but Daddy has other important things to do..so mummy & Arissa will hibernate at Mak Tok's house...hoorayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
...suka 'senyum-kambing'...
..suka lompat2 dalam walker..motor skills..

Congratulation to my colleague a.k.a counter-mate, Shahideen & partner!!
We arrived to d wedding a bit late coz there was hectic traffic-jammed on d Penang bridge.
We tot car accident & etc..rupanyerrrrrrrr....ishh..tractor tayar besar tuh..mcm siput sedut bergerak atas bridge!!! Emm..patutnyer heavy treads + slow..DISEKAT dari melalui jambatan during PRIME-TIME. Ha!ha! suka2 jer jadi timbalan menteri tak rasmi kpd Samy Vellu...sorry yer Datukkkkkkkkkk...sbb saya nie dah fed-up with d traffic jam on d Penang bridge..never end
When we reach there, my boss and colleague, Fizi were still there. So, we ate at d same table..mak oiiiiiiiiii...lauknyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...sedap banget dong!!!!! My hubby..is choosy & picky type bout food..tapi bila tengok dia minta nasi tambah...yeahh..mmg CONFIRM sedap.

:: Home Made or Store Bought Food? ::

She's 7 month old....am 'worried' about her new diet. he!he! Apa laaa...mummy nie, itu pun nak worried Yes..I do! Bukan apa takut my darling gebok..satgi tetiba susut kerna tidak mendapat khasiat secukupnya My mum alwaz said..nothing much to worry..day by day she'll be into routine with her meals.
I start introduce Arissa to 'solid' food. At the beginning..give her brown rice..she doesn't like it at all...asyik..uweeekkk...uwekkk..I think she allergy with its smell. In d between..I give her home-made 'bubur nasi + vege'...itu pon dia takmo..bila kes dia takmo..mummy ler kena 'perabis'..silap2 Arissa tak gebok..mummy yg gedempol! Paed. said wait one week to introducing new foods, this is how to tell if your baby has a food allergy.
So now, we feed her with Milna Rusk biscuits + Heinze juice...-apple & pear, she seems to like it..but sometimes she does vomit/spew..emm..mummy confused?? whether she really like it or???? Maybe I should just feed her with 1-4 tablespoon per meal for 2-3 times per day bukannyaaa semangkuk sekali makan... he!he!
But I know she's ready to 'finger food' because everytime I feed her, she will grab the spoon or snatching food off her plate. Dan setiap kali tengok org lain makan...mula ler 'mulut dia tunjuk aksi' nak makan...
Store bought food is very convenience especially for working mother like me but those stuff is pretty much expensive than home made food. There are advantages & disadvantages for both..emmm..I don't mind to prepare both as long as my darling Arissa is add with vitamins, minerals & variety to her diet..to make her alwaz healthy!!!

Today dah pun 16 Syawal 1427 Hijrah...maknanyer..sudah 16 hari muslimin & muslimat di Mesia nie berhari raya. Open house invitation still 'on' selagi belum habisnyer syawal. Tapi ..raya kali nie 3 open house kami 'miss'...kak Ida- Batu Maung, Kak Hassnah-RECSAM & Hasnah@HBO -BandarTasek Mutiara...sorry yer...tak berkesempatan nak memenuhi jemputan. Hasnah @ HBO...I missed your 'rendang' this year
1st day raya...kami di Sg Bakap. Semua siblings ada ...except my big brother, his turn raye kat Grik this year. Seperti biasa...bab2 kuih-muih..lauk-pauk untuk raya, my sis 'amik contract'...he!he! mummy Arissa nie...tolongggggggg ajerrrrrr Banyak lauk pauk my sis~Didie prepared...ketupat & rendang juadah wajib..dan menu istimewa utk tetamu yg datang this year ..nasi planta & mee jawa... Planning nak snapo family pic. raya..tapi apa boleh buat..tetamu tak putus2..so snapo yg mana sempat aje...
2nd day raya..kami balik ke Alor Setar, Lorong Bayu....same goes here..tetamu tak putus2 datang kat rumah in-laws. Hah! Sini..my FIL 'amik contract' buat buat mee bandung...sedapppp!
Alhamdulillah...raya tahun nie ..sederhana tapi meriah Dah lama tak dapat duit raya...he!he! on behalf of Arissa..banyaknyer dapat duit rayeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Arissa bila orang kasi sampul duit raya..dia tahu amik boh dalam mulut jerrrrrrrrrr....tunggu aaaa..2 tahun lagi..sure dia pulak sibuk nak kasi duit raya kat orang!!!

Last weekend, mummy was busily packing some stuffs to bring over to our weekday house at Penang. So, Daddy is volunteering himself to baby-sit me! I'm having nose-blocked, producing a hoarse whistling sound-wheezing  Is it due to the bad haze in Penang???? Anyhow, it was so enjoying 'play' with Daddy... Daddy pull me up...Daddy push me down..rolling togather on d mattress.. he kissed me..I 'ate' his finger & etc. Wah.... sooo happy....eventho...it was sunny & hot day at SP...here..I feel so breezing & exciting ....coz I do have Daddy around 
Manjaaaaaanyaaa dia!
